1What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites save on your device (computer, tablet or smartphone) when you visit them. They store useful information to improve your browsing experience.
Cookies do not contain viruses and cannot access your personal files. They are used by almost all websites and are generally harmless.
2Types of Cookies Used
This site uses different types of cookies, classified by function and consent requirement:
| Category | Consent | Purpose |

| Identified CRM history | Separately required | Public pages and clicks linked to the contact after identification |
| Marketing and external content | Required | Optional loading of Maps and YouTube |
3Technical Cookies (Necessary)
These cookies are strictly necessary for the service or its security and do not require consent under the applicable ePrivacy rules. Any associated personal data is processed to provide the service or under legitimate interest in security (Art. 6.1.b/f GDPR), with data minimisation and no advertising use.

4Analytics and CRM history (separate consent choices)
With Analytics consent, we collect pseudonymous navigation and interaction data to improve the site and understand its use. History linked to a CRM contact requires a separate choice.
We use: (a) first-party internal analytics; (b) Google Analytics 4 for aggregate statistics and campaign attribution; (c) HubSpot, only with dedicated CRM consent, to link visited pages, return visits and clicks on public links or buttons from an identified browser to its contact. HubSpot does not collect keystrokes, field values or data entered in calculators.
| Name | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| vigni_v | Site (1st party) | 13 months | HMAC-signed pseudonymous identifier for journey continuity and new-versus-returning measurement; created only after analytics consent. |
| vigni_first | Site (1st party) | 13 months | First-touch attribution: source channel of the first visit (e.g. Google, ChatGPT, LinkedIn). HMAC-signed, no PII. |
| vigni_last | Site (1st party) | 30 days | Last-touch attribution: channel of the most recent visit. HMAC-signed, no PII. |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | 6 months | Usage statistics with pseudonymous identifiers, subject to analytics consent |
| __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc, __hssrc | HubSpot (EU data centre) | Session–6 months | Page, return-visit and public link/button click history linked to the CRM contact after identification and dedicated CRM consent |
5Marketing and External Content
The “Marketing and external content” category controls whether Google Maps and YouTube may load. Currently this site does not use advertising profiling cookies; external content remains blocked until consent.
6Third-Party Services
The external services below are not loaded before consent to the “Marketing and external content” category:
- Google Maps: Displays maps and directions and may process IP address, device and interaction data
- YouTube: Displays embedded videos through youtube-nocookie.com where present
You can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie Preferences” in the footer; withdrawal blocks external content again. Please also review the providers' privacy notices.
7Managing Preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking on the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of every page, or by using the banner that appears on your first visit.
8How to Disable Cookies
In addition to using our preferences, you can manage cookies directly from your browser. Here are links to guides for the main browsers:
Note: Disabling technical cookies may cause some site features to not work properly.
9Policy Updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in cookies used or to comply with new regulations. We recommend checking this page regularly.
The last update was made on 27 September 2026.
